Stroll is a tender, atmospheric sculpture capturing a quiet moment of shared closeness. Two figures walk arm in arm, viewed from behind their connection expressed through simple, fluid lines of wire that feels almost like a drawing lifted into space. The absence of facial detail allows the couple to become universal partners, friends, family , inviting the viewer to see their own story reflected in the scene.

Standing beside them is a Victorian lamppost inspired by one in the town of Buxton. More than a structural element, it anchors the work in a real sense of place and history. The lamppost acts as a silent witness, symbolising guidance, familiarity and gentle passage of time. Its historic character contrasts beautifully with the lightness of the wire figures, layering past and present within one intimate moment. 

The figures are mounted on a solid oak base, bringing warmth, stability and natural texture to the piece. This balance between delicate line and grounded material mirrors the nature of companionship itself, something that feels effortless, yet is built on strength and endurance.
