Refund policy

  • How long to return products: This is applicable to ONLINE website purchases only. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your product you have a 14 day period from the date of the order confirmation email to return the item to us in a resalable condition in the original packaging. Shipping costs and insurance for the return are the responsibility of the purchaser unless agreed in advance by us.
  • We are unable to accept the return of a product if: If the work has been commissioned, bespoke or the date has expired for the legal return period or damaged.


    Claims for damage / non-delivery: If your delivery arrives and is damaged please inform us immediately and if possible sign for the delivery as "damaged" on the courier documents. We will contact you within 1-3 days to arrange a repair / replacement / refund. Any claims for non-delivery must be made in writing within 7 days of the expected date of receipt and will be investigated within a further 7 days. We consider proof of delivery from our courier to be irrefutable proof of successful delivery of the goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.
