Peekaboo captures a beautifully observed movement between a mother bear and her cub, full of gentle humour and personality. The interaction between the forms gives the sculpture a sense of life and narrative, it feels like you’ve walked in on a private, playful exchange.

Cast in rich bronze ,this piece balances smooth flowing surfaces with naturalistic detail. The contrast between the polished warmth of the bronze and the textured rock creates depth and visual interest from every angle. 
The smaller scale makes this an ideal piece for shelves, desks, console tables or intimate display spaces where its character can be appreciated up close. 

We have known David Meredith personally for over 30 years and have proudly represented him since opening our gallery in 2009. His sculptures are celebrated for their ability to capture not just the form of wildlife but personality and story, qualities that make his work especially collectible and enduring.
