Reflections - Maquette by Michael James Talbot captures a moment of quiet grace and introspection. The elongated female form poised in a gentle, flowing gesture, creates a sense of stillness and inner calm. Drapery falls in elegant vertical planes, enhancing the sculptures height and presence while giving the figure a timeless, almost ethereal quality. 

The work was originally conceived as a major commissioned piece for a private collector in Texas, designed as a large scale water feature standing over six feet tall. This maquette edition distils the essence of that significant sculpture into an intimate and highly collectible scale, allowing collectors to experience the same elegance, balance and sculptural language within the home.

Cast using traditional hot cast bronze techniques, each sculpture is individually hand finished with a unique patina. Subtle variations in tone,surface and depth mean no two bronzes are ever identical, adding individuality and authenticity  to every piece in the edition. 

We are proud to offer this work through our direct collaboration with Michael James Talbot, giving collectors confidence in provenance, authenticity and close connection to the artist vision. As one of the only galleries working directly with the sculptor, we provide a level of access and assurance that sets this piece apart from standard gallery representation.
