Boxing Hares ( Medium) captures a fleeting energetic moment in the wild, two hares in action, full of life and spirited motion. The sculpture has a wonderful sense of lift and balance as though the action is happening right before your eyes. 

Cast in bronze, the piece combines expressive form with elegant line. The extended limbs and flowing composition create a feeling of rhythm and motion while the rich patina gives warmth and depth. 

We have worked directly with David Meredith for over 30 years and have represented him since opening our gallery in 2009. His wildlife sculptures are admired for capturing not just anatomy but spirit and behaviour of his subjects, giving each piece a sense of narrative and personality. 

This sculpture brings dynamism and conversation into a room. It works beautifully in living spaces, offices or gallery style interiors where its movement and elegant lines can be seen in profile.
