Graceful and weightless, Barn Owl in Flight captures the silent glide of this iconic bird of prey. The sweeping curve of the support echoes the movement of air, while the outstretched wings and forward tilt of the owl convey focus, purpose and effortless motion. 

We have know the sculptor David Meredith for 30 years and proudly represented his work since opening our gallery in 2009. Meredith is known for distilling the essence of wildlife into elegant contemporary forms and this sculpture is a superb example, natural observation transforms into a dynamic yet refined composition. 

From every angle the sculpture presents a different silhouette making it a visually engaging piece that brings a sense of calm movement into a space.
