Helen Parsley -  A proffessional artist for over twenty years and already a name in the art world for her stunning detailed realistic paintings.

Helen  trained in illustration at Manchester University. She soon became established and internationally known for her book illustrations across the world such as BBC's Last of the Summer Wine. 

Our advert shows Helen's original top left- Manchester Raspberry Gin bottle on books. On the top of the cap is a Bee representing Manchester. 

 

 

Chris Clements - A proffesional artists for twenty years who studied Fine Art Painting at Manchester School of Art before progressing on to three and a half years intensive study of Classical Realist Drawing & Painting at the Angel Academy in Florence.

Chris also has his own teaching school now in Manchester where he teachers students using charcoal and Oil paints  whatever your experience or motivation. He will be exhibiting original works depicting scenes from around Manchester.

 

Jonathon Melling - A new exciting and extreamly talented artist who has the natural skill to capture the emotion in his figurative sketches and landscape scenes. 

Our advert shows his beautiful sketch of one of his daughters (twins)  sulking against the wall. More information to come on this artist.

 

 

Dave Coulter - A Manchester born and bred artist who originally earned his living from painting radiators but has become famous for his paintings of Manchester. Now in his late 60's and a grandfather of three he has created over 500 paintings of his home town. We will be exhibiting original paintings of  Dave's works depicting Manchester capturing the rain and reflections of Manchesters architecture and local shoppers. Stunning atmospheric works.

 

David Meredith -  Bronze Scupture. David lives in Lestershire, his works are Internationally known, widely collected and sit in homes all around the world.

Inspired by the naturel world around him his beautiful bronze scuptures vary from Hares, Pheasants, Mice and frog plus a beautiful collection of British Birds.

This year his new piece depicting swallows on a wire all in bronze are amongst a wide range of David's works thatwill be on show at this event. 

 

Lyndsey Selly - LJ- Lives in Buxton and has been a proffessional self taught artist all her life. Working on and designing ceramics, illustrating books and selling her own work internationally. This year sees her coming out of semi retirement just for this event!!! . After resting her brushes for almost ten years and allowing herself to play and experiment and enjoy art again Lyndsey is looking forward to showcasing a mix of new figuartive works from contempoary figurative in oils to a more traditional style of portrait studies in charcoal and using gold leaf.

Christine Cummings -   An award winning ceramic sculpture based in Lancashire, North West England. Christine has been an artist all her life and her timeless creations are shown in many of the UK's most prestigious galleries.Her work is instantly recognisable with her unique style and love towards the natural world. Her new piece this year is the Spaniel on the hill styled in different sizes these will be amongst her range of works at this exhibition.

 

 

Jenny Aitken - Living in Derbyshire Jenny is largely a self taught proffessional artist for over twenty years. Jenny's style evolves throughout her career and continues to do so.Her work is widely collected and her landscapes and sea scapes  painted in acrylic or oils capture the vibrance and impressionistic light and movement on the canvass. Jenny is also a guest writer for The Artist Magazine and her recent original Mevagissey Harbour has been accepted into this years RSMA exhibition.

 

Paul Talbot -Greaves - A proffessional landscape painter working in water colour and acrylic.Amongst being made a proffessional Associate and advisor panallist of the SAA and the Artist and Illustrators magazine Paul also writes for The Artist Magazine and has four of his own practical books published.Paul is a master of his medium capturing the atmosphere and light of the country side.
